In the early 1990s Tom and Laura Giomini recognized an opportunity to introduce local residents to the many varieties of coffees and teas that were becoming available in the marketplace. They founded Brielle's Coffee & Tea Room, named in honor of their year and a half old daughter Gabrielle, in October 1993. We met with Laura and Tom recently, and listened as they described the delights awaiting you at Brielle's Coffee & Tea Room;

Brielle's Coffee & Tea Room offers a wide selection of coffees, teas, soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, entrees, quiches, bakery goods, and desserts served in a relaxing environment. We serve an extensive line of teas, including black tea, green tea, white tea, and herbal teas, in addition to a variety of coffees, organic coffees, cappuccinos, lattes, and frozen smoothies. Our bakery items are fresh each day and range from muffins and pastries to elaborate cakes and cheesecakes. We offer box lunches and bakery, luncheon, and party trays for all occasions. Private party accommodations are available on Sunday afternoons for up to sixty people, and throughout the week we set room aside in our dining room for bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasion celebrations.

Everything we serve is prepared fresh daily. Our coffee is brewed frequently throughout the day, and includes regular roast, several flavors of dark roast, regular decaf, and flavored decaf. All of our beverages are served in glass mugs, and our food is served with real silverware and on glass plates.

We are a privately owned business and stand apart by the attention we pay to our customers. We cater to them and provide them with a very comfortable atmosphere where they can relax. Our walls have all been hand-painted and many of our fixtures are antiques. We have an antique buffet for preparing coffee and tea, marble tabletops, and theater seats that are over eighty years old. Lace tablecloths and center pieces grace each table, and we strive to provide each customer with a unique, personalized experience.

We carry a small, ever-changing selection of gifts, greeting cards, and sterling silver and reproduction jewelry, in addition to gift certificates and gift baskets for any occasion.
