Our hydraulic resistance workouts keep you moving smoothly and safely around the circuit while working every major muscle group in your body. The Curves workout includes warm-up, aerobic exercise, strength training, cool down, and stretching. In addition, we offer nutritional products, supplements, and a weight management plan designed to help women of all ages achieve and maintain optimal health. Our members range in age from fifteen to ninety-one years old.
