While working for a Strongsville homebuilder, John Rumancik was placed in charge of landscaping their model homes. He next accepted a foreman's position with a Columbia Station firm where his expertise was instrumental in helping the company win a first place award from PPG for their landscaping. Parkviewe Inc. provides lawn maintenance, fertilization, weed and insect control, tree and shrub care, lawn aeration, and snow removal services to almost 400 customers in Northeast Ohio. As the owner of the company, I oversee practically every job. I do all the bidding, supervise the installation of the foundations, and after our Amish craftsmen complete the installations I check to ensure each project has been completed to the homeowners and my satisfaction.
